Clear Title, Escrow & Settlements, LLC (CTE) was founded back in March 2004 by Vickie and Bill Tribus. CTE is a family-run business dedicated to the benefit of the buyer/seller/borrower. They are willing to do whatever it takes within the limits of the law to accommodate the customer. This has sometimes meant the closing of loans after hours, in the home or in remote locations. Vickie and Bill believe in “feeding the golden goose” which creates a staff of employees equally committed to the customer’s positive experience.
